Warranty, Returns & Exchanges Policy

FAULTY PRODUCT? 45 DAY WARRANTY

All items come with a 45 Day Warranty from the date the product is received - this is because if the product is worn every day (some wear it to bed) there will be wear over time as with any item of clothing if worn consecutively or repeatedly over time. The latex is much stronger and resistant than the day to day, therefore will last longer.

In the case that your item is faulty within this time frame, please email us at admin@luxefitness.co.nz for a replacement product. 

 

INCORRECT ORDER RECEIVED?

If you have received your order and it is not correct or missing something, please photograph what you have received and send this through along with your order number to admin@luxefitness.co.nz. 

To qualify for an exchange all items must be received in original, as new conditioning, unworn, all tags attached and security seals in tact. All goods will be inspected on return.

 

CHANGE OF MIND?

We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you have checked with the size guide prior to purchase. 

 

RECEIVED AND DOESN'T FIT?

Please read below before returning your item(s) to us.

• Waist Trainer will provide a store credit. No refunds will be provided.

• Items must leave customers hands within 7 days of receiving 

• Customer is responsible for items until they reach our warehouse, please make sure your return is packed properly so it is not able to be damaged on the way.

• Waist Trainer is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

• Unworn items must be returned in original packaging and in the condition it was received in. All goods are respected on return, if garment does not meet the above criteria, we may have to send it back to you.

• We do not reimburse for return shipping.

• Items that have been discounted are not eligible for return.

• Customer is responsible to send back the garment to the address provided with the returns form filled out in full with order number.

• Once you have received your store credit, you can then re-order the product(s) you want.

• If you paid for delivery on the original order, the delivery cost will not be credited to you, only the cost of goods.
